Charles Wako, is the Director Marketing and Strategy of NTVRS Republic company and the Chairman of Fly Sax and Fly 540 a low-cost airline based in Nairobi, Kenya, that operated domestic and international passenger and freight services.
He is currently the Director of the Kenya National Chambers of Commerce and Industry, member of the advisory board of Diomira Foundation, an international foundation trust that operates in Kenya, Chairman of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority from 2003 to 2012, President of the African Civil Commission (AFCAC) from 2009 to 2012, and currently Director of the office of the senator of Busia County and Chairman of Dr. Wako Technical Training Institute.
Mr. Wako is a holder of a BA in Business Administration from Anderson University Indiana, United States of America and a master Degree in Marketing from Ball State University in Muncie Indiana, United States of America. He lives in Nairobi with his wife, Alice, and four children.
